Our relationship doesn’t end with licensing. Discover how Elemance continually supports your biomechanics research using our models.
One of the things that sets Elemance apart is our dedicated client support for the GHBMC models, including our customer service portal where users can submit tickets and connect with dedicated members of our team. We are continually improving our models, as well as our supporting software tools, and we share those updates with our clients whenever applicable.
Commercial License Support
Commercial licenses of Elemance’s virtual body models are full-service, including helping you integrate the model into your workflow and ensuring that you get the data you need time after time. We care about quality biomechanics research and we’ll do what we can to help get your research and development operational.
If your project requires more than set-up and troubleshooting, we offer limited model development for our commercial licensees, helping achieve your biomechanics research needs that fall within the standard operation of the model.

Academic License Support
Elemance offers free licenses of its virtual human body models for academic researchers. With that free license, we provide assistance with initial set-up and basic troubleshooting.
If you have additional questions or requests, academic users are encouraged to submit tickets using the form below, and we will send standard solutions to common problems or direct you to other resources.
For project-specific model development or enhancements, academic users may also consider our fee-based support or custom model development services.
